Alltel Subscribers Can Now Find Alltel Stores, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Gas Stations, Traffic, and More Using Alltel Local by MobileGates

LITTLE ROCK, Ark - LA PALMA, CA, December 8, 2006 - Alltel wireless customers now can use their mobile phones to find Alltel Stores, local restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, and more using Alltel Local by MobileGates. The perfect tool for people on-the-go, Alltel Local allows Alltel’s Access Web users to request interactive color maps to their phones which show them the exact locations and directions to the many of the most frequently visited destinations. General access to Alltel Local is free for Alltel’s Access Web users.

Also available today, MobileGates' Traffic and FuelFinder applications enable Alltel Access Web users to save time and money by receiving up-to-date information about current traffic conditions as well as the location and price of fuel in their region or along their route.
